The company is close to engage into production and deals with Tier One Mobile Phone module makers. We strengthen our team, which counts 20 engineers, with 10 new hires planned for 2014.

In this context, DelfMEMS hires a mechanical engineer to join a growing designers team.

OVERVIEW

The principal mission of the mechanical engineer is to simulate the MEMS component’s mechanical behavior.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• MEMS component simulations,
• Improvement of the component design in order to address customers specifications : actuation voltage, size, contact forces, etc...
• Improvement of components reliability,
• Sensitivity analysis,
• Measurement and analysis of components delivered from foundry.

DESIRED SKILLS

Education :

• MSc or Engineer diploma in mechanics and/or microsystems.

Softwares & tools :

• Simulation tools like ANSYS APDL
• Microsystem measurement tools : microscope, MEB, FIB, AFM, interferometer, vibrometer...
• Calculation : Matlab, Scilab,...

Key competencies:

• Good knowledge of multi-physical simulations (linear/non-linear, mécanichal, electrostatistical, thermal, electrical,...)
• Optimization methodology,
• Statistical analysis,
• Knowledge of MEMS manufacturing,
• Creativity,
• Fluent English & good level in French.
